01
Die-Casting
Converted a 1960s engineering drawing into a 3D model and manufactured two die-casting pattern moulds for four impellers. I then machined and painted the parts to the customer’s specification.
02
Stainless Steel Driveshaft Repair
A customer approached us with a stainless steel driveshaft where the drives on both sides were worn. To save the cost of replacing the complete unit, they asked if we could provide a repair.
The shafts were machined down, and new sleeves were fitted and welded in place. These sleeves were then turned to the correct size to fit the bearings, and a new keyway was cut.

03
3D Printed Replacement
We created a 3D model of an existing UPVC window catch that was no longer available and produced a 3D-printed replacement for the customer.
The project involved careful measurement and modelling to ensure an accurate fit and functional part.
04
Brass Valve Nuts
Completed a small precision turning project for a local customer, two brass valve nuts, each featuring an internal left-hand trapezoidal thread. The job involved accurate screw-cutting and fine finishing to meet the customer’s specification.

05
Copper Electrical Contacts
The copper parts are laser cut and then formed to the required shape. The parts are then sent for plating, and once this process is complete, they are fixed together using solid rivets.

06
Metal Mounts
The steel plates are laser cut and then formed into a U-channel shape. Embossing and marking press tools are made and used to form the parts, after which the components are sent for powder coating.
